- Assist in daily operational tasks and support the core team to ensure smooth business functions.
- Create engaging digital content and manage social media updates to enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with colleagues to execute marketing strategies and hospitality projects effectively.
- Ensure high standards of service quality and professionalism in all interactions with clients and guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Travel to various locations within Bali as required to support field activities and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and report progress to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
- High level of dedication and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Fluency in English and a working knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A valid driver’s license is a significant advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Badung and Bali region.
