Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure all kitchenware, plates, and cutlery are cleaned to the highest hygiene standards using industrial dishwashing equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized dish pit area throughout the shift to prevent workflow bottlenecks.
- Assist chefs with heavy lifting and logistical support, including moving supplies and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Properly store, handle, and maintain kitchen tools and equipment to prevent damage.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a clean and hazard-free work environment.
- Support other kitchen team members during peak service hours to maintain high operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular checks on sanitation stations to ensure cleaning chemicals are stocked and used correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Dishwasher, Kitchen Assistant, or in a similar back-of-house hospitality role.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when required.
- Strong attention to detail regarding sanitation and cleanliness protocols.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a collaborative team.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly disciplined in following venue procedures.
