Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized front desk services including check-in/check-out, guest registration, and concierge assistance
- Manage food and beverage operations including room service, dining area supervision, and beverage inventory
- Anticipate guest preferences and proactively address requests to exceed expectations
- Maintain cleanliness and order in guest areas, dining facilities, and service stations
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure operational standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with discretion and efficiency
- Assist in inventory management for F&B supplies and amenities
- Uphold safety and hygiene protocols in all service areas
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality or customer service role
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments while maintaining composure
- Basic knowledge of F&B service standards and food safety protocols
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (if applicable)
