Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing areas, equipment, and utensils
- Operate dishwashing machines efficiently following safety protocols
- Sort, rinse, and stack dishes/utensils for optimal washing cycles
- Assist kitchen staff during peak hours with basic food prep tasks
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to HACCP standards and food safety regulations
- Train new stewards on proper dishwashing procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in dishwashing or kitchen stewarding
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety protocols
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments
- Physical stamina for standing long periods and lifting heavy items
- Basic English communication skills preferred
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Valid health and hygiene certification (if applicable)
