In this pivotal role, you will support our kitchen operations by ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and work areas are spotless and sanitized. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines and wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by hand.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen floor, walls, and equipment to meet strict hygiene standards.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling vegetables, chopping ingredients, and plating dishes.
- Ensure proper organization of dry and wet storage areas to maximize efficiency.
- Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with environmental regulations and safety protocols.
- Clean and sanitize all cutlery, glassware, and crockery thoroughly after every service.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during peak service hours.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Dishwasher, or Porter is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Basic English communication skills to follow instructions effectively.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads and perform manual labor.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
