Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Assist in table setup, preparation, and resetting according to service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for seamless guest service operations
- Monitor and restock dining supplies, ensuring adequate inventory levels
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times
- Support special events and seasonal promotions during peak hours
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices and allergen awareness
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
