We are seeking a dedicated DW Steward to support a special one-day event on April 4th in Tabanan, Bali. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide attentive guest service during the one-day event, including food/beverage service and assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/event areas throughout the shift
- Support setup and breakdown of event spaces according to operational standards
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service flow and guest satisfaction
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and service protocols established by PT Nandava Consultants
- Assist with inventory management and supply replenishment as needed
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, event support, or customer service roles preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage positively with diverse guests
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle light-to-moderate loads
- Attention to detail with focus on presentation and service quality
- Reliability and punctuality for the April 4th event date
- Basic knowledge of food safety and service etiquette
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
