Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and hygiene of all villa areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchens, and outdoor areas
- Perform deep cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and polishing fixtures
- Manage laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of linens
- Restock guest supplies including toiletries, amenities, and refreshments according to villa standards
- Report maintenance issues or damages to property management promptly and accurately
- Adhere to strict cleaning schedules, safety protocols, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak seasons and events
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or villa cleaning experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Strong time management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Trustworthy and reliable with professional work ethic
- Willingness to undergo background check and reference verification
