Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver professional table service and food/beverage presentations according to brand standards
- Manage guest orders accurately and communicate effectively with kitchen/bar teams
- Ensure dining area cleanliness and hygiene compliance at all times
- Process payments and operate POS systems efficiently
- Provide detailed menu knowledge and recommendations to guests
- Resolve customer inquiries with prompt, friendly solutions
- Coordinate with colleagues to maintain seamless service flow
- Participate in opening/closing procedures and inventory management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B service or similar hospitality role
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
- Basic food safety and sanitation knowledge
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Physically able to stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
- Valid health certification (preferred)
