Situated in the heart of Bali, our resort prides itself on an eco-conscious philosophy and a commitment to providing unforgettable guest experiences.
As a key member of our service team, you will act as the face of our dining outlet. You will be responsible for providing seamless service, ensuring that our guests enjoy our curated culinary offerings in an environment that reflects our dedication to sustainability and excellence. - Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a memorable arrival experience.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer informed recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Efficiently take and process food and beverage orders using the resort's POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality meals and beverages, maintaining proper table etiquette at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings and side stations.
- Proactively address guest feedback and resolve service inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
- Uphold the resort’s sustainable practices and brand standards throughout every guest interaction.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Server in a luxury hotel, villa, or high-end restaurant preferred.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, to interact effectively with international guests.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a guest-centric mindset and a polished, professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Knowledge of standard food and beverage service techniques and safety/sanitation protocols.
- Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team.
