Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional table service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings to provide expert recommendations.
- Accurately take food and drink orders and process them through the POS system with precision.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, set up according to standards, and maintained in a professional manner at all times.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and colleagues.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is required to serve our diverse clientele.
