Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and warmly welcome guests to the restaurant, providing a positive first impression.
- Present menus and explain daily specials to ensure guests make informed choices.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and temperature.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and card transactions with care.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory checks and equipment maintenance.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene protocols.
- Fluency in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the restaurant's specific service style.
