Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff
- Present menus and explain menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to guests
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a waitress or in a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry light to moderate loads
