- Craft and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and premium spirits, adhering to high-quality standards.
- Engage actively with guests, providing exceptional customer service, taking orders accurately, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area, ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Process customer payments efficiently and accurately using POS systems, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.
- Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies, spirits, and mixers, assisting with ordering and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the service and kitchen teams to ensure efficient and timely beverage service, especially during peak hours and events.
- Stay informed about current beverage trends, new products, and promotions to continuously innovate and elevate Ipanema's offerings.
- Adhere strictly to all local licensing laws, responsible alcohol service guidelines, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Bartender, ideally 2+ years, with a strong background in high-volume bars, clubs, or live music venues.
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic cocktail recipes, with a creative flair for developing new drink ideas.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a charismatic, friendly, and professional demeanor, able to engage effectively with diverse guests.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- A genuine passion for music, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences for patrons.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as required by the bar's operating hours.
- Possession of relevant food hygiene and alcohol service certifications (e.g., WSQ Food Hygiene Course, Responsible Service of Alcohol).
