Tanggung Jawab

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers, providing professional and courteous service.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the system, ensuring data integrity and follow-up actions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors for resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) at all times.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on service offerings and changes.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Strive to achieve individual and team performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Proven BPO/Call Center experience is highly advantageous, with a track record of excellent performance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a clear and professional speaking voice.
  • Strong customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and serve others.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite, CRM software) and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required by business needs.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
