Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for heavy equipment parts.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients, expanding the company's customer base within Kuantan and surrounding regions.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new business opportunities, understand industry trends, and monitor competitor activities.
- Prepare compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical support to clients, effectively addressing their inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support) to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer service.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecast sales, and report on sales performance regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably within the heavy equipment, automotive, industrial, or construction parts sector.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Possess a valid driving license and own reliable transportation for client visits.
