- <ul><li>Conduct regular field visits to prospective and existing clients within Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, and surrounding areas.</li><li>Actively promote and effectively present the company’s products and services to potential customers.</li><li>Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, fostering loyalty and repeat business.</li><li>Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base within the designated territory.</li><li>Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals efficiently.</li><li>Provide excellent after-sales support and address client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide valuable insights to the management team.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
- <ul><li>Proven experience in field sales, direct sales, or a similar client-facing sales role, preferably in the Bukidnon region.</li><li>Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.</li><li>Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.</li><li>Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office Suite) for reporting and presentations.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and preferably have access to a personal vehicle for field travel.</li><li>Residing in or willing to relocate to Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, or nearby areas is a significant advantage.</li><li>A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be highly considered.</li></ul>
