Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Efficiently process customer inquiries, orders, and provide comprehensive product information with accuracy and promptness.
- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to implement and support various campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
- Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Actively work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues swiftly and professionally.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively advise customers and identify cross-selling or up-selling opportunities.
Kualifikasi
- A minimum of SPM/STPM or an equivalent qualification is required.
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are strongly encouraged to apply; no prior sales experience is necessary!
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Residing in or willing to commute daily to Bandar Dato'Onn, Johor.
- Must be a Malaysian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
