Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to attract and secure new MICE business opportunities.
- Actively identify, research, and prospect potential corporate clients, associations, and event organizers in the Singapore market.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers, offering tailored solutions that meet their event objectives and budgets.
- Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate closely with internal operations, marketing, and finance teams to ensure seamless event planning and delivery.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- Manage and update CRM systems diligently to track sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progression.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services and expand our professional network.
- Achieve and consistently exceed individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven sales experience within the MICE, events, hospitality, or corporate services sector, ideally in Singapore.
- Demonstrated understanding of the MICE industry landscape, market dynamics, and client expectations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
- Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
