- Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through strategic outreach and market research.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Present, promote, and sell company products/services using compelling arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management regularly.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (e.g., technical support, marketing) to ensure seamless customer experience and product delivery.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings as required to represent the company and expand network.
Kualifikasi
- Proven work experience of 2+ years as a Sales Executive or in a similar business development role, preferably within the [insert relevant industry based on company name, e.g., electrical, industrial, B2B] sector.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new business opportunities and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
