- <ul><li>Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders accurately, using our POS system, and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams.</li><li>Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction with presentation and quality.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, including table setup, clearing, and sanitization.</li><li>Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any service issues efficiently and courteously.</li><li>Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.</li><li>Collaborate effectively with all front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service operations.</li><li>Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and operational excellence at all times.</li></ul>
Kualifikasi
