Seven Seven Global Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced and strategic Dynamics 365 CE Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Ortigas. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, bridging the gap between client requirements and technical execution. You will lead cross-functional teams to implement, customize, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions, ensuring high-quality deliverables that drive digital transformation for our global clients.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations, project timelines, and scope requirements.
- Guide technical teams in the design, development, and deployment of D365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service modules.
- Monitor project health, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure seamless delivery.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business analysts to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Manage resource allocation and mentor junior developers and consultants to foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee UAT processes, system integration testing, and successful client handovers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation and project delivery.
- Strong expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Dataverse.
- Proven track record in managing agile or hybrid project management lifecycles.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing medium-to-large project teams.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (MB-210, MB-230, or MB-240) are highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and .NET development within the D365 context is a plus.
