Tanggung Jawab
- Gather and analyze business requirements for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE entities, workflows, business rules, and dashboards.
- Lead functional design workshops and document solutions.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM projects for Australian clients.
- Provide training and support to end users and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain knowledge of latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Proven track record of delivering Dynamics 365 CE projects, preferably for international clients.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices and business processes (sales, marketing, customer service).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configuration, customization, and administration.
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
