Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth business analysis and lead requirements gathering workshops with stakeholders to understand current processes and future state needs.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, comprehensive, and scalable functional design specifications for Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
- Perform configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Service, Marketing) to align with defined business processes and enhance user experience.
- Collaborate closely with technical development teams, ensuring solutions are built in accordance with functional designs, technical best practices, and project timelines.
- Develop and execute detailed test plans, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate solution functionality, identify defects, and ensure high-quality delivery.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users, facilitating smooth adoption and effective utilization of new Dynamics 365 CE functionalities.
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, process flows, and training materials.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 CE, offering strategic guidance and recommendations on system capabilities, integrations, and potential future enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) modules.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE core functionalities (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) and related business processes.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively gather, analyze, document, and prioritize complex business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CE implementations, including solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical audiences at all organizational levels.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-210, MB-230, MB-240, MB-400) are highly desirable.
