Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Dynamics 365 CE solutions, including plugins, workflows, custom entities, forms, and JavaScript.
- Perform system configurations, customizations, and extensions within the Dynamics 365 platform to meet evolving business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other internal and external systems using various integration methods (APIs, Web Services, Azure Integration Services).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose optimal solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
- Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for existing Dynamics 365 CE applications.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all development and configuration activities.
- Stay current with the latest Dynamics 365 updates, Power Platform features, and industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Service, Marketing modules).
- Strong development skills in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with Power Platform components, including Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate (Flow), and Dataverse (Common Data Service).
- Familiarity with XRM development best practices, SDK, APIs, and custom control framework (CCF).
- Experience with data migration and integration tools for Dynamics 365.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a significant plus.
