Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex business processes and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 GP implementations.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and elicit detailed needs from diverse stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Great Plains modules, including Financials and Supply Chain Management, to meet specific business objectives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on ERP systems, providing guidance to development and technical teams during the implementation lifecycle.
- Oversee system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and create comprehensive training materials for end-users.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide post-implementation support to ensure long-term stability and user satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Functional Consultant specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 GP (Great Plains).
- Strong understanding of ERP concepts, financial reporting, and business process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Great Plains is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
