Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing e-commerce merchants to ensure long-term retention.
- Identify and prospect new potential clients within the e-commerce sector to expand our market share.
- Analyze merchant shipping performance data and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Lead presentations and product demonstrations to potential and current clients regarding our logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to resolve service issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and implement account growth plans to exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in logistics or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian e-commerce ecosystem and last-mile delivery processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and possessing a strong sense of ownership.
