In this role, you will be the bridge between our brand and our key online retail partners, ensuring that our products are showcased effectively while driving continuous growth.
As an E-Commerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with vendors and online platforms. You will analyze sales trends, manage inventory availability, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with e-commerce vendors and third-party marketplace platforms.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable insights to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels and timely order fulfillment.
- Address and resolve vendor concerns promptly to maintain high service level agreements (SLAs).
- Execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase product visibility on digital storefronts.
- Analyze competitor pricing and market trends to adjust strategies for a competitive advantage.
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance reviews for senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Account Management, or Retail Sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, or Zalora).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
- Ability to multitask, manage tight deadlines, and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on client relationship management.
