Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Data-driven decision-making abilities
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
