We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill the E-Commerce Blended Voice/Nonvoice Account position, where you'll handle both phone-based and digital customer interactions for our leading e-commerce client.

In this role, you will be the voice and communication bridge between our client and their customers, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. You'll manage inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries via chat and email, process orders, handle complaints, and provide product information—all while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Respond to customer inquiries via voice and non-voice channels including chat, email, and social media
  • Process customer orders, transactions, and account updates accurately
  • Resolve customer complaints, returns, and refund requests following company guidelines
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for record-keeping and follow-up
  • Meet individual KPIs and performance targets consistently
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and processes

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service, call center, or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • High school graduate or equivalent required; college graduates are preferred
  • Willingness to work in a blended voice and nonvoice setup
  • Philippine citizen or legally authorized to work in the Philippines
