Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, pitch, and onboard new B2B clients and distributors within the trading sector to expand market share.
- Serve as the primary liaison and account manager for Mandarin-speaking clients, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct professional product presentations, negotiate contract terms, and finalize commercial agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business avenues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the logistics, procurement, and finance teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide detailed and accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts to regional management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of solid experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within trading, distribution, or manufacturing.
- Fluency in Mandarin (both oral and written) is strictly required to effectively communicate with international partners.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia for professional correspondence.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales KPIs.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in Jakarta Selatan.
