Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update product listings and images on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, LazMall) to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse team to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Process incoming customer orders efficiently, handle inquiries via chat/email, and manage returns and refunds in a timely manner.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and flash sales to drive traffic and boost sales volume.
- Monitor daily sales performance and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data and sales transactions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align online strategies with offline business goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce operations, Sales Coordination, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of how e-commerce marketplaces function and how to optimize product visibility.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset are essential.
- Valid NRIC (Singaporean context).
