In this dynamic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our brand across various digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing online inquiries, optimizing marketplace operations, and ensuring a seamless customer journey from browsing to checkout. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond promptly to customer emails, live chats, and messages across social media and marketplace platforms to resolve issues and answer questions.
- Marketplace Operations: Oversee product listings, monitor inventory levels, and manage orders on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
- Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, handle returns and exchanges, and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to track interactions and preferences.
- Feedback Analysis: Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the logistics and fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve shipping discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
- Experience: Proven experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Call Center operations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
- Platform Knowledge: Experience with marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
