Tanggung Jawab
- Manage customer communications across multiple channels (chat, email, marketplace messaging)
- Process and fulfill customer orders from confirmation to delivery
- Update and maintain product catalogs on e-commerce platforms
- Handle administrative tasks including data entry and documentation
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues promptly
- Collaborate with sales and logistics teams for order fulfillment
- Monitor marketplace performance and report key metrics
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak)
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Attention to detail with data accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
