Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly via chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Process and track E-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy in shipping and delivery information.
- Assist in managing product listings and updating inventory details on our sales channels.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and work toward swift resolutions.
- Collect and summarize customer feedback to help improve product offerings and service quality.
- Maintain clear documentation of customer interactions and service logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales events.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in Mandarin is a plus).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with E-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
