Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for a leading e-commerce platform.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, modifications, and returns.
  • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
  • Navigate multiple systems and databases to retrieve and update customer information accurately.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and platform features to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, quality, and response time.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.

Kualifikasi

  • At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
