Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for a leading e-commerce platform.
- Assist customers with order placements, tracking, modifications, and returns.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with empathy, patience, and efficiency.
- Navigate multiple systems and databases to retrieve and update customer information accurately.
- Educate customers on products, services, and platform features to enhance their shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, quality, and response time.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School diploma or equivalent; college graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a highly customer-centric mindset.
