- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve order-related issues, payment discrepancies, and product concerns
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds following company protocols
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with logistics and sales teams for complex issue resolution
- Identify trends in customer feedback to improve service quality
- Adhere to performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic office software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced digital environment

- Must be based in Davao City and available for on-site work
