SNF Cake Ingredients Sdn Bhd, a premier supplier of high-quality baking ingredients in Malaysia, is looking for a talented and driven E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team in Alor Setar, Kedah.
In this dynamic role, you will be the driving force behind our online sales channels. Your mission is to manage, optimize, and grow our presence across key e-commerce platforms including Shopee, Lazada, and our own website. You will oversee the entire customer journey from product discovery to final delivery, ensuring exceptional service and operational efficiency.
We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, analytical, and creative. You should be comfortable navigating online seller centers, analyzing sales data to spot trends, and executing marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions. Experience in order fulfilment and logistics coordination is a significant plus.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the company’s online stores (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website) to maximize visibility, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Take charge of end-to-end order fulfilment, ensuring timely processing, packaging, and delivery coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability for all online listings.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email marketing, and promotional strategies to boost sales.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high seller ratings.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align online strategies with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to keep the brand competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce, online sales, or digital marketing.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or a proprietary website (e.g., Shopify).
- Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes and logistics coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Proficient in data analysis and using spreadsheets to track performance metrics.
- Creative, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the baking or food industry is an added advantage.
