CW Global People is currently seeking a highly skilled and creative E-Commerce Graphic Designer with proven experience in the Fashion Retail industry. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for shaping the visual identity of our client's established online store, creating high-impact assets that drive engagement, build brand loyalty, and significantly boost sales conversions.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in the vibrant Makati City commercial district. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for the e-commerce website, including product hero images, promotional banners, and landing pages.
- Conceptualize and execute creative assets for email marketing campaigns, social media channels, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure all visual output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, premium aesthetic across all platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to plan and execute seasonal lookbooks, sales campaigns, and new product launches.
- Optimize graphic assets for web performance (image compression, responsive sizing) without compromising visual quality.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and e-commerce best practices to keep the brand visually competitive.
- Retouch and enhance product photography to ensure flawless representation of high-end fashion inventory.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks to meet strict deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce and fashion retail.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of After Effects is a strong advantage.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating exceptional creativity and a strong track record in fashion/lifestyle e-commerce design.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding fundamentals.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to take direction and work both independently and collaboratively.
- Passion for fashion retail and a keen understanding of how visual design directly impacts conversion rates and customer experience.
