Sugarbaby is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Invoice Admin to join our growing team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our invoicing processes, ensuring that all financial records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company standards. You will act as the bridge between our sales operations and finance department, handling the reconciliation of transactions from various major marketplaces.
Your primary focus will be on managing sales data, preparing accurate sales reports, and ensuring that all invoices are generated and distributed correctly. You will also be tasked with reconciling marketplace transactions with bank statements to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to data integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process daily e-commerce invoicing tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Perform rigorous reconciliation of transaction data from multiple marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada).
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reports to management.
- Monitor payment statuses and follow up on outstanding invoices with vendors and clients.
- Ensure all financial documentation and records are properly filed, archived, and easily retrievable.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve any billing discrepancies or errors immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital and physical filing system for all invoices and contracts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce administration, accounting, or finance support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas) is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and number crunching.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplace terminology.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred.
