Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies to drive sales performance across all digital channels
- Lead and manage the e-commerce team to achieve business objectives and KPIs
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on major Indonesian marketplaces
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Implement effective digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and website traffic
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for e-commerce channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay updated on e-commerce technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth in Indonesian online marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent knowledge of Indonesian e-commerce landscape and major platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools, analytics platforms, and digital marketing strategies
