We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Manager to lead our digital transformation journey. As a key strategic leader, you will own the end-to-end execution of our e-commerce vision across marketplace platforms and our official website. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, creative marketing expertise, and operational excellence to drive sustainable growth and enhance customer experiences in the competitive Indonesian digital marketplace. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven strategies, optimize conversion funnels, and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns that maximize ROI and brand visibility.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth across marketplace platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) and official website
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize conversion rates and average order value
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven improvements
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and operational efficiency
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on e-commerce performance and ROI
- Stay updated with e-commerce industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitive landscape
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of e-commerce management experience with proven track record in Indonesian marketplaces
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Analytics, BI tools)
- Expert knowledge of major Indonesian e-commerce platforms (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Experience in developing and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage complex e-commerce operations
- Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools
