You'll develop and execute monthly commercial plans, launch new products with precision, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute monthly e-commerce commercial plans for Lazada/Shopee platforms
- Lead end-to-end new product launches, from listing optimization to post-launch analysis
- Monitor KPIs (sales, conversion, traffic) and adjust strategies based on performance data
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and marketing teams for campaign execution
- Optimize product listings, promotions, and customer service protocols
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Manage platform-specific advertising budgets and ROI reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Lazada/Shopee seller accounts
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful e-commerce campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in platform analytics tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
