Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily product uploads, inventory updates, and price adjustments across e-commerce platforms.
- Process and track customer orders accurately to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback via chat and email in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth packaging and shipment procedures.
- Maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of online product listings, including images and descriptions.
- Assist in organizing promotional campaigns and tracking their performance metrics.
- Generate periodic reports on sales performance and inventory status for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or retail operations is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer navigation.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new digital tools and systems.
- Willingness to be based in Sungai Petani, Kedah.
