Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations including website management, order processing, and fulfillment logistics
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversion rates
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product listings and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure inventory accuracy and timely delivery
- Implement CRM systems to enhance customer retention and satisfaction metrics
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with e-commerce platform providers
- Lead digital transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and scalability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in logistics/manufacturing
- Proven expertise in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and analytics tools
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain workflows
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret KPIs and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
