Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute daily operations on e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Process and verify incoming customer orders, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to schedule shipments and track delivery status.
- Monitor inventory levels and update product listings to reflect real-time stock availability.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly.
- Assist in resolving order discrepancies and returns management efficiently.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to suggest process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or customer service.
- Familiarity with logistics management systems and order processing software.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
