Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for digital retail? MSM HK Telecom is looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Operations Staff to join our growing team in Quiapo. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital storefronts, ensuring that our products reach our customers efficiently and our brand presence remains competitive across all major online marketplaces.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end marketplace store operations, including product uploading, categorization, and content optimization.
- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and seasonal marketing activities to boost store traffic.
- Monitor inventory levels regularly to ensure stock availability and prevent overselling.
- Analyze daily sales performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
- Maintain strict compliance with platform policies, terms of service, and seller guidelines.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate shipping processes.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalations professionally to maintain high seller ratings.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, digital sales, or marketplace management (Lazada/Shopee/TikTok Shop experience is highly preferred).
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with e-commerce back-end systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment while meeting tight deadlines.
