As our E-Commerce Operations Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings, managing inventory accuracy, and ensuring our warehouse operations run like clockwork. We offer a stable full-time position with competitive compensation and a supportive team culture.
Tanggung Jawab
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email platforms.
- Accurately process incoming online orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Manage end-to-end inventory tracking to prevent stockouts and discrepancies.
- Handle the physical picking, packing, and labeling of items for shipment.
- Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and couriers for daily pickups.
- Perform regular stock audits and maintain an organized workspace.
- Generate daily sales and inventory reports for management review.
- Assist in basic administrative tasks to support office operations.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in E-commerce, Customer Service, or Logistics/Warehouse operations.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure during peak sales seasons.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for inventory tracking.
- Physical capability to handle item packing and warehouse tasks.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Baesa, Metro Manila facility.
