Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end operations for TikTok Shop and Shopee marketplaces
- Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams for seamless fulfillment
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing teams to execute cross-platform promotional activities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in e-commerce operations
- Proven expertise in TikTok Shop and Shopee platform management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales metrics
- Excellent written communication in Indonesian and English
