Are you a visionary leader with a passion for digital retail? Prince Retail Group Of Companies is seeking a high-caliber E-Commerce Product Lead to join our dynamic team in Central Visayas. Reporting directly to the Associate Director of Sales Channels, you will be the driving force behind our digital storefronts, shaping the customer journey, and optimizing our online product ecosystem.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical infrastructure and commercial growth. You will be responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring our e-commerce platforms are intuitive, high-performing, and aligned with the evolving needs of our market. Tanggung Jawab

  • Define and execute the product roadmap to drive e-commerce growth and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical features.
  • Monitor site performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback to drive iterative improvements.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of e-commerce product features from ideation to launch.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Optimize product catalog management, search functionality, and checkout processes to reduce friction.
  • Analyze data trends to provide actionable insights to the Associate Director of Sales Channels.
  • Ensure seamless integration between e-commerce platforms and backend inventory management systems.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in e-commerce product management or digital product leadership.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce KPIs (Conversion Rate, AOV, CAC, CLV).
  • Experience working with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or custom solutions) and CMS.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics or similar data visualization tools.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
